| Responsibilities: | Reporting to the SVP HR, you will be responsible for HR generalist activities that support the company’s Latin America based employees as well as providing org design and talent management oversight.. Manage the global people assessment process, maintain global database of talent, ensure development, execution and maintenance of individual training and development plans for high potentials, work closely with geographic HR staff and functional business unit heads, manage all aspects of recruiting and hiring for Latin America and provide appropriate direction in the areas of HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefits. Eight plus years of experience as an HR Generalist showing progressive growth and responsibilities with five plus years of training and employee development experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field, PHR, SPHR and or Master’s level a plus. Experience doing business in Latin America and the ability to do business in Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills. International travel estimated at 20-30%. Consulting background a plus and the ability to deal with ambiguity is important. |
