We value our partnership with HR vendors, and as a service, we provide a variety of ways for vendors to promote their business to the HR community. Based on the method of sponsorship, we offer a range of promotional opportunities that are affordable and will give our HR vendors the greatest exposure possible.

Newsletter Ad
The HRA of Greater Oak Brook issues a monthly newsletter 11 months out of the year. Within this newsletter is information regarding upcoming events, meetings, and other things going on within HRA. With this newsletter brings you the opportunity to get your advertisement out to over 300 HR professionals.
- Issued 11 times per year via Email
- Full page advertisement (8.5" x 11")
- Vendor provides electronic .jpg or .doc format
Regular Meeting
Regular meeting sponsorship gives you the opportunity to advertise to everyone registering or looking to register online for a regular HRA meeting. In addition:
- Allowed five to seven minutes before our regular meeting to address the members that are present.
- Provided with a table to pass out literature and/or network with our membership before and after the meeting.
- Provided with one set of single-use mailing labels of all of the current HRA members. The number fluctuates, but is typically about 150
- Invited to join our meeting for that day. If a meal or refreshments are served, the sponsor is invited to enjoy the meal or refreshments

- Hyperlink to your website (no logo)

HRA E-Mail Broadcast Message

- Vendor supplies text-based material in .doc format Text must be approved by HRA Board.

Terms for ALL Sponsorships
All sponsorship fees must be paid in advance. Monthly meeting sponsorships of 3 or more must be paid in full prior to the first month’s sponsorships to receive the discounted rate above.
